BMCHSD Continuity of Learning
In the event of an extended school closure, we will continue to move our educational process forward through our student learning management system, Google Classroom along with synchronous/asynchronous instructional technology platforms.

District Communications
Communication and Remote Learning Tools
The BMCHSD 1:1 Chromebook initiative has afforded all students the opportunity to use a district Chromebook for educational use at school and at home. Google Classroom will be used as the primary learning management system. Infinite Campus will be used as our student management system for attendance, grading, report cards, student/parent portal access, etc. BMCHSD has partnered with Class Link, a single sign-on platform which provides students and staff quick access to various instructional tools and resources (Nearpod, Flipgrid, EdPuzzle, etc.)
Online Learning
BMCHSD is committed to providing a safe and orderly online school environment where students will receive instruction and services without disruption. There is an expectation that all participants in the online learning environment will exhibit the same respectful behavior online as they do while in-person to allow learning to take place in a productive manner. Students are responsible for checking all of their courses on Google Classroom on the days they are working from home. Students are also expected to reach out to teachers with any questions or issues, including those that involve the use of, and access, to technology. In addition to the 1:1 Student Device Policy for Chromebooks, the BMCHSD Computer Network and Internet Acceptable Use Policy, the Internet Safety Policy, the Bring Your Own Device Policy, and the Code of Conduct, the guidelines below have been established.
The following guidelines have been established to achieve a meaningful and engaging online learning experience for all learners.
